Privacy Policy
This site has one job: explaining the Maokong Gondola, from the flat NT$180 fare and the NT$300 one-day pass to the four stations between Taipei Zoo and the tea houses at the top. Nothing on any page asks a reader to sign up, log in, or hand over an email address. Because no account exists and no form is ever filled in, no profile of a reader builds up on this side of the visit.
What Is Collected Here
Everything measured here is anonymous and aggregated. The counts cover page views, an approximate country, the type of device, and which outbound ticket links get clicked. That shows whether readers lean toward a single journey or the one-day pass, never who any reader is. No page asks for a name, address, or card number, so there is nothing personal to store in the first place.
Third-Party Scripts
Some outside code runs on these pages. The mapping provider behind the station map sets its own cookies under terms it publishes itself, and the analytics tool collects its numbers independently rather than on a server this site controls.
No purchase is completed on these pages. When you follow a link toward a ticket listing, you leave this site and land on the seller's checkout, where that seller's privacy terms, payment handling and voucher delivery apply. What Never Happens Here
- Selling, renting, or trading reader data to an outside party. Reader data does not exist here in any form that could be sold, and it has no place on this site.
- Loading advertising pixels, cross-site tracking beacons, or retargeting code onto these pages. None of that runs here, and nothing follows a reader to another site.
- Asking for an email address. There is no newsletter and no mailing list behind one, and no page will ever prompt a reader to subscribe.
- Taking money for a ride. The NT$180 fare or one-day pass is paid at the Taipei Zoo Station gate or through the ticket seller's own checkout, and any refund questions go to whoever took the payment.
- Running an on-page contact form. The contact page carries a plain mailto link, so a message goes through your own email service.
Hosting
These pages sit behind Cloudflare, whose network keeps the ordinary server logs needed to block attacks, bots and abuse. Those records contain IP addresses and request details, and they exist for one purpose: keeping the site online and safe. Nothing in them is used to work out who a reader is, and no profile is built from them.
Your Choices
You stay in charge here. Open this site in a private window or run a tracking blocker and the analytics scripts record nothing at all, while every page, from the ticket details to the station guide, keeps working as normal.
